Kuwait, 23 March 2025: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that its Eidiya service will be available across its nationwide network of branches and ATMs in the lead-up to Eid Al Fitr. This annual initiative aligns with the initiative launched by the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) in collaboration with the Kuwait Banking Association (KBA) on the same occasion. The annual Eidiya service further confirms the Bank’s commitment to offering comprehensive banking services and solutions that fulfill its customers’ needs and guarantee they enjoy a banking experience that is convenient and rewarding. The initiative also comes under KIB’s expansive social responsibility program.

In this regard, Hassan Al Wayel, Executive Manager - Head of Quality & Control of Retail Banking at KIB, said: “We extend our warmest wishes to Kuwait—its leadership and people—on the occasion of the approaching Eid Al-Fitr, reaffirming our commitment to delivering innovative banking services that cater to our customers' needs and complement their modern lifestyles. The Eidiya service underscores our dedication to simplifying transactions and enhancing our connections with customers by celebrating their joyous moments and special occasions.”

Al Wayel added: “Through this initiative, our valued customers can obtain Eidiya in all denominations, including KD 1, KD 5, KD 10, and KD 20. We are committed to providing this service to meet our customers’ needs during this delightful occasion, enhancing their celebrations and making it easier for them to share Eidiya with their loved ones, especially children. This initiative reflects our ongoing dedication to being part of the community’s celebrations and preserving its cherished traditions.'

KIB is also offering its Eidiya requests home delivery service exclusively for its KIB Black segment customers. Deliveries are available all over Kuwait, 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Accordingly, Black segment customers can apply for KIB’s exclusive Eidiya home delivery service, which can be accessed through KIB’s contact center, reachable on 1866866, or by the private customer relations manager.

It is worth noting that KIB’s commitment to providing exceptional banking solutions, such as the Eidiya service, reflects its ongoing efforts to elevate the banking experience for all customer segments. By delivering high-quality products and services that exceed expectations and enhance everyday convenience, KIB reinforces its dedication to its main slogan, “Bank for Life.”
