Zuma Riyadh Introduces the Award-Winning Ebisu Business Lunch
Inspired by its global success in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Doha, the Ebisu business lunch is the perfect midday break
January 2025, Riyadh | Following its successful debut in Saudi Arabia, Zuma Riyadh is now introducing the renowned Ebisu Business Lunch, bringing a taste of its globally celebrated Japanese izakaya experience to the Kingdom. Available every Sunday to Thursday, the specially curated three-course business lunch menu invites guests to try Zuma's signature dishes.
The experience begins with a Miso Soup, followed by a selection of two starters from an array of Zuma classics. Options include Fresh Crab Maki with avocado and tobiko, Prawn and Black Cod Gyoza, and Seared Salmon with lime shiso soy. For the main course, dishes include the miso-marinated Black Cod Donburi, Grilled Chilean Seabass with red yuzu pepper, and the Roasted Eggplant with smoked tofu sauce. To end on a sweet note, guests can explore the à la carte dessert menu featuring the Riyadh-exclusive Ajwa Date and Miso Toffee Cake, a blend of local and Japanese flavours.
Located in King Abdullah Financial District, Zuma Riyadh offers a prime location in the capital's cultural and financial hub. Set over two floors, guests are welcome to enjoy the business lunch in Zuma's selection of dining areas, all connected by a spiral staircase. Guests can dine in the main kitchen or witness the artistry of Zuma's chefs at the sushi and robata counters. For a more intimate and private gathering, the three exclusive private dining rooms set the stage for power lunches and meetings.
Available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM for 159 SAR, the Ebisu business lunch makes an ideal choice for corporate gatherings, casual meetups, or a quick midday escape. With contemporary Japanese flavours and Zuma's sophisticated ambiance, the Ebisu lunch presents the ideal daytime dining experience in Riyadh.
