Kuwait, 24 October 2023: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced the launch of a new campaign for individuals wishing to have their payroll transferred to the Bank’s Salary Account, running from mid-October until December 14, 2023. The ‘Your Salary = London’ campaign seeks to attract eligible employed and retired Kuwaiti customers, motivating them to open a Salary Account or transfer their salaries to the account for the first time during the term of the offer. As part of the campaign, KIB will hold weekly draws and announce a total of nine winners, who will be rewarded with a spectacular shopping trip to London.

Commenting on the Bank’s newest campaign, Musab Al-Shalan, Deputy General Manager of the Retail Banking Department at KIB, said: “We understand the hard work and dedication that goes into earning your salary. That's why we are excited to introduce this special campaign designed to expand our customer base and elevate their overall banking experience, as we strive to always live up to our ‘Bank for Life’ slogan.”

Upon setting up a Salary Account with KIB and transferring their salaries for the first time during the campaign period, eligible Kuwaiti customers will be entitled to get a new free-of-charge credit card for two years, and a chance to win in a weekly draw running until December 14, 2023. The lucky winners will get a round-trip ticket to London with a four-night hotel stay, as well as KD 400 credited into the winner’s Credit Card. 

Al-Shalan went on to highlight the many benefits awaiting individuals who take advantage of the new Salary Account campaign. He said that with every salary transfer, customers will be rewarded with redeemable KIB points that can be later exchanged for various valuable products and services, as part of the Bank’s all-inclusive digital loyalty program. In addition, customers can enjoy cashback of up to 5% on their credit card and prepaid card transactions.
