KIB participates in the 2024 Australian University Career Fair
Kuwait, 27 October 2024: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) participated in the 2024 Career Fair organized by the Australian University (AU) in Kuwait, as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting Kuwaiti youth and preparing them for successful integration into the job market. The Bank’s participation aims to provide job opportunities for graduates and prospective graduates, as well as to strengthen the presence of national talent across various banking and financial sectors. The fair serves as an important platform for connecting organizations with ambitious students aspiring to build a promising professional future.
On this occasion, Firas Al-Darmi, General Manager of Human Resources Department at KIB, stated: 'We place great importance on attracting and developing Kuwaiti talent, and we are committed to supporting young Kuwaitis and enabling them to seize opportunities within the banking sector. Our participation in this fair reflects our dedication to creating a work environment that encourages skill development and fosters creativity, in alignment with our strategy to support and nurture national talent.'
