Kuwait - 19 June 2019:  Symphony Style Kuwait, A Radisson Collection Hotel’s Safety and Security Team along with the Responsible Business Team organized a full-scale fire drill in which guests and staff have successfully taken part. The initiative implemented was in line with one of our three key Responsible Business Pillars; Think People.

Initially, our guests and staff were notified of the fire-drill in advance, prior to sounding the alarms for them to gather at the assembly point. Symphony Style Kuwait’s General Manager, Peter Schuler, personally supervised the full drill operation, in order to ensure that the best practices and procedures were performed during the drill’s execution.  

As Peter Schuler addressed the drill’s success, he also urged the staff to provide constant feedback and maintain communication with colleagues to ensure effectively carrying out the correct procedures in the fire drill.
