In an effort to enhance its value-based customer experience

Kuwait 19, March 2022: Burgan Bank recently announced its latest campaign, 'Your coffee is on us every Sunday,' in collaboration with Deliveroo; allowing the Bank’s credit card customers to order their favorite coffee through the Deliveroo app every Sunday and benefit from a discount of KD 2 per order, for a period of six months. 

The six-month campaign comes in collaboration with Deliveroo – one of Kuwait’s most popular food delivery platforms – and allows customers to benefit from the offer at ten of Kuwait’s top-rated coffee destinations. This is in line with the Bank's strategy to enhance its customers' banking experiences and cater to their lifestyle needs with diverse value-based offers.

Commenting on the latest campaign, Mr. Saket Jajoo, Head of Cards at Burgan Bank, said: “Creating added value for our customers – whether through products, services, or offers – and enhancing their banking experience remains our top priority. As part of the same we want to make sure we share enjoyable moments with our customers and create a lasting connection.’” Mr. Saket further added: 'This initiative is a simple gesture to show our appreciation to our customers, and there is no doubt that it will be one of many such initiatives coming up in the near future. After all, our aim is to continuously delight our customers beyond their expectations with long-lasting benefits.

In addition to receiving a KD 2 discount, customers will receive additional benefits throughout the duration of the campaign. With every payment they make using the Bank’s credit cards, they will automatically earn points with Burgan’s Rewards Program - doubling their chances of benefiting from future discounts and offers. 
It serves to note that the Burgan Bank Rewards Program is considered to be one of Kuwait’s most valuable rewards programs. With many great benefits, it offers a wide range of redemption options for collected points, including cashback, flights and hotel reservations and airline miles.
